When Cathy & I moved back to Chico, CA in 2007, we had to go out and find new mattresses.  So, we did what everyone else does .......we went out shopping store to store to find what I really needed - a good night?s sleep.  We quickly got frustrated trying to figure out what we really needed from the sea of sales people and mattresses that were out there.  No one in Chico, CA made it easy for us to buy.  Just like you, we hated shopping retail stores and dealing with sales people who would say anything to sell mattresses they aren't even knowledgeable about.  Finally we found a mattress set that would do, only to discover it would e 10 days to 2 weeks to get the new mattresses delivered.  The thought of 14 more sleepless nights was more than we could bear, but we had NO CHOICE. Finally, we got our new mattresses; but, felt there must be a better way.
